The Inspiration Behind the Motivation

From the sleepy country town of Jasper in North Central Florida, Beth spent her youth exploring her family’s land along the banks of the Suwannee River where their property remains today.  She cherishes these moments because they’ve created diversity and appreciation for life and nature and equipped her with the skills to live off the land, to grow and preserve food, canned tomatoes among her favorites.  She truly enjoys southern living and is a Southerner for life!

Beth began college originally intending to become a physical therapist, working and volunteering as a physical therapist technician right out of high school.  Soon after moving to Tallahassee where she attended FSU, she began personal training and discovered her true passion.

Helping people reach their fitness goals and personal potential was truly inspiring in her own life; and has become much more than a job-it’s personally deeply fulfilling and allows her to do what she loves most on a daily basis.

Beth graduated from FSU in 2006 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She truly enjoys staying up-to-date on the latest in nutrition science and fitness industry advances and research,  Remaining current on health and fitness research and innovation is of utmost importance to Beth, so she is always ready and able to offer her clients important information and answers to their questions.  She holds certifications with the National Strength & Conditioning Association-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, the American College of Sports Medicine-Certified Exercise Physiologist, and The American Council on Exercise-Certified Health Coach.

Beth now lives in Jasper, Florida with her son Matthew and husband Tory, a musician and studio engineer.  She continues to pursue her career as an author, life coach, and spokesmodel for healthy living and empowering girls and women to be strong inside and out.

A National NPC Figure competitor, Beth continues to pursue her pro card with the IFBB.  Her most important endeavors in life are to spread love and happiness to others, encouraging everyone to follow their dreams and creating personal prosperity.
