Beth Harris has a BS in Exercise Science from FSU with an emphasis in Fitness & Nutrition. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Health Coach & Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the American Council on Exercise.
